Three Kentucky law enforcement officers were shot and killed just after a 49-12 months-old person, who is in custody, allegedly gunned them down and wounded a number of other people in a mass shooting at his Kentucky home.

In accordance to an arrest report, Lance Storz, who was armed with a rifle, fired multiple rounds at law enforcement officers about his property, killing two officers and a law enforcement K9.

The arrest report explained 5 other officers and an unexpected emergency management director were wounded, even though condition police mentioned four officers and one particular civilian ended up hurt.

“Floyd County and our courageous 1st responders experienced a tragic reduction last night,” the governor tweeted Friday. “I want to inquire all of Kentucky to join me in praying for this community. This is a tricky early morning for our commonwealth.”

Storz is in custody on a number of costs including murder of a law enforcement officer and attempted murder of a law enforcement officer. He entered a plea of not responsible and is becoming held on $10 million bond. Storz returns to court docket on July 11.
